Pistachio (Nargess Abdollahi) is a New York-based abstract painter who focuses on lines, colors, and shapes. Born in Iran and now thriving in New York City, Pistachio has been creating art throughout her life, driven by a deep creative passion. In addition to painting, she brings a wealth of experience in voice acting for animation, which has enriched her artistic vision.


Artist’s Notes
   

 In my paintings, I tell the stories of my life, capturing both the highs and the lows with a minimalist touch. Over time, my creativity has led me to embrace simplicity, using fewer colors and materials to create depth and meaning. This approach is rooted in a deep creative mindset, allowing each element in my art to hold significance.

Through my work, I explore the balance between simplicity and complexity. This minimal approach is a reflection of my ongoing creative evolution, and each piece stands as a testament to my artistic journey.
